Mosby's Herndon Raid: March 15, 2003 Reenactment Sutlers and Exhibitors: A limited amount of space will be available for sutlers (vendors of Civil War reproduction items), and for local historic preservation organizations to set up tables. There is no charge for non-profit groups participating, nor for sutlers who are also conducting living history displays / presentations (by advance arrangement) Other sutlers will be charged a $25 donation to the event's historic preservation efforts. (Exhibitors and vendors must bring their own tables, etc., and the overall appearance must be in keeping with the period and with the historical ambiance of the event.)
